Best of 2016 Vol.2

flaggb Here’s the continuation of my H!O ranking for this year:

Best Idol Group: Country Girls
I like Country Girls’ chemistry the best, and this isthe best working and most entertaining group to me. I really hope they’ll keep their charm without Momo.

Best Newcomer: Onoda Saori (Tsubaki Factory)
There weren’t many new members (announced) this year, and she’s the one I’m most interested in. ^^

Best Singer: Tamura Meimi (ANGERME, graduated)
This is the last year I can vote for her, and I think she’s become a very talented singer.

Best Dancer: Ishida Ayumi (Morning Musume ’16)
She’s the Dancing Queen to me. (Even though I loved the graduated Manakan’s dancing as well.)

Best Performer: Murota Mizuki (ANGERME)
I think I liked her performance the best this year, not only in concerts, but also in their MVs.

Best of 2016 Vol.1

flaggb There’s an annual poll on H!O to find out who is and what song was the most popular that year. I thought I’ll share my top 10 of the year! Let’s begin! (Note: It went for points, so this list may differ from my actual top favourites list. Also considered giving higher points to my graduated favourite members, since I can’t vote for them next year.)

Top 10 idol of 2016

10. Tsugunaga Momoko (Country Girls)
In my eyes, Momochi (along with Sayu, though she’s not one of my favourites) is the most professional idol ever. She knows exactly what she’s doing, did a great job “raising” Country Girls and is a very good performer. I love her and I’ll miss her so much after she graduates. ;__;

9. Kudou Haruka (Morning Musume ’16)
Duu is awesomeness, hands down. I’ve been fangirling over her more and more recently. She’s cool and cute at the same time and I love her confidence!

8. Kanazawa Tomoko (Juice=Juice)
She’s my favourite Juice=Juice member, and she’s been through much, fighting a lot with her illness this year. Her speech at the end of their Budoukan concert made me to include her on this list. She’s definitely a highlight of this year and deserves love. :3 Not to mention, she’s awesome. :3

7. Murota Mizuki (ANGERME)
Murotan is an energy bomb and I love it! 😀 She’s also amused me several times this year! I love how she flirts with the camera and has those delicate, feminine movements in dancing. (My favourite is this.)

6. Kamikokuryo Moe (ANGERME)
Kamiko debuted this year, and I didn’t fall for her immediately (I only thought she’s cute), but seeing her skills and how well she fit in the group as time flew, I couldn’t help but become to love her. I also loved her story that she couldn’t like Momusu after failing their audition, but then ANGERME came and she fell in love with them. That’s just so adorable!

5. Nonaka Miki (Morning Musume ’16)
Miki is my favourite 12ki, and she’s so cute and talented! (I loved her in Emotion in motion’s Aishite aishite ato ippun! *-*) She seems to be a semi-back girl now, but I’m rooting for her so much, she deserves more love!

4. Tamura Meimi (ANGERME, graduated)
Meimei was my 2nd favourite ANGERME member. She had a wonderful graduation concert and is heading to her dreams. I’ve written much of her in her graduation post, so I’ll make it short here. She’s definitely one of my favourite 2016 idols, since this was her last active year. I also could order her graduation memorial photobook of her! Yay~

3. Inaba Manaka (Country Girls, graduated)
Manakan’s graduation was so sudden! ;__; I’m really sad she had to leave, because I loved watching her enthusiastic performance. She truly loved being an idol and I really miss her. She also had a graduation post here. Hunting her Greeting photobook for now. ;_;

2. Fukumura Mizuki (Morning Musume ’16)
She’s my all-time-favourite kamioshi. I must include her on lists like this. She’s the best.♥

1. Yamaki Risa (Country Girls)
The reason Risachan is above Fukuchan on this list, because 2016 definitely was the year when she became my 2nd kamioshi. She’s beautiful, talented and fun! Watch out of her! :3

Country Girls’ 4th single

flaggb Well, it’s been a while I’ve written here. I was busy with school in the one hand, and in the other hand, I didn’t got anything new to write about. Well, I got some things, but… ahh, it’s just bad time management. XD For now, I’d like to write about Country Girls’ 4 th single, Dou datte ii no/Namida no request.

This is what I got. I didn’t like Regular A’s cover (it’s the exact same as the postcard), but Regular B’s was kinda cute, so I decided to order that. And for a postcard, the Regular A pattern works pretty well, I like it very much! ^^ As for the trading card: I wanted a twintail Risachan sooo badly! T^T Or a Momochi. But well, Nanamin is also cute.
The songs:
Dou datte ii no: It’s not as awesome as Boogie Woogie LOVE (no song will surpass it), but I like it very-very much. It’s fun and makes me happy everytime I listen to it. Also a good song to wake up to (after the alarm clock, of course xD)! The MV (embed below) is also cute, I love this continuous retro vibe, Country Girls can pull off it well. My favourite part is at the bridge, when Momochi-senpai’s head is on the drum. XD And the dresses! Sooooo cute, omg! I want to cosplay as Risa! Also, the red shoes and buttons…. ;__; I’m certain it’s for Manakan, as the daisies were for Utachan. (If they’ll have any pink on their dresses after Momochi graduates, these theories will be pretty much confirmed.)
Namida no request: I’m sure everyone knows that it’s a cover song and I think it turned out well. I like how the older members (basically my favourites) get more spotlight. The song itself is good, but definitely not one of my favourites. The MV is creative and cute, I like these types of stuff! ^__^ Also thumbs up for Nanamin playing the sax! 🙂

Dear Manakan

flaggb It’s been a rollercoaster of feelings to be a H!P fan recently. Now it’s the “down” part. It was announced back in spring that Inaba Manaka will be on hiatus from Country Girls due to asthma. And this week, the news hit us: she has graduated from the group. Here are the official announcements, I’ll just write my feelings about it.
I’ve really liked Manaka, she was in my top 3 Country Girls members. She’s cute, has a nice voice and her dancing is amazing. It was a pleasure to see her perform, because you could easily tell how much she enjoys being an idol. I also loved how she interacted with others. I’m so disappointed it ended like this! 😦 She seems to be still in some kind of contract with the agency (she’s on Up-Front’s Talent page), so maybe there’s hope to see her again, but it just won’t be the same. And Country Girls also won’t be the same without her. I’m just sad to see a girl with such a big dream go. I’m really sad. 😦 I’m waiting for your return, Manakan, but first things first: get well! ♥

Country Girls’ 3rd single

flaggb I’ve recently got Country Girls’ 3rd single, which I’ve already written about several times.

× collection 20160326

This is my copy of the CD, the trading photo and the bonus poster! I was hoping to get Risa, Manakan or Momochi, but in the end it wasn’t bad to get the group picture either. (It’s my first time to get a group picture as a single bonus.) But I still would have preferred a solo photo. XD (I’m collecting single bonus photos of my favourite members. As for Country Girls, I only got Risa so far, and even that photo was a gift from my friend. x’D I have no luck with CG cards. XD)
As for the poster, I’m very satisfied with it, though I thought it will be boring, when I saw the thumbnail. Oh, I was so wrong! The girls are really cute and it’s not plain white, they gave it some nice frame. Aaaahh, so cute~~~~
The cover of the CD is perfect. So cool, so retro, so awesome! And for the songs:
Boogie Woogie LOVE: I’ve written pretty much in this blog about it, so I’m just leaving one word here: AWESOMENESS. I still think this song will be my No.1 H!P song for 2016 (and it’s in my top 3 all time favourite H!P songs for sure). Link to the MV, because you must listen to it. :3
Koi wa magnet: Soooooo much Risa, I love it! In fact, I love that the 3 oldest members got the spotlight here (since they’re my favourites). The MV is nice and Risa has some aww moments, so yay. 😀 (The end of the first chorus, hmm.)
Ranrarun ~Anata ni muchuu~: Ahh, this song is the cutest CG song so far! It’s so lovely! The dresses are also adorable, I’d like to cosplay them all! xD And the best part, the MV (embed down here)! It’s so entertaining I can’t believe it’s made by H!P. (Okay, they’re developing recently, so I’m not complaining or anything.) The girls’ comedy talent shows here very well and they – as always – also nail cuteness. This group is just the best.
